When starting, specify the database file, it is called Database1.mdf.
If the database is migrated, delete the ini.bin file and, once started, specify the database file again.
The program works with a local database (DB). And for this it is necessary that the system has installed the program SQL Server Express:

When installing, choose the installation option LocalDB — this is enough, and less load and takes up space on the disk.
